Review: I received 2 gift certificates for Happy Valley Spa get away packages and for over a month I have been trying to get ahold of them to schedule them with no returned calls. I have written them emails...called over a dozen times and my fianc who gave my sister and I the certificates even wrote them a letter and mailed them hoping to get a response. They do have a web page to schedule but that isn't helpful to me I need to speak to someone and the answering machine they have says leave a message and they wil get right back to you.....The certificates are due to expire on 11/29/14......please help me... dee pentDesired Settlement: I would like the credit card refunded purchased the certificates or Id like them to contact me and help me schedule 2 get away spa packages appts
