Review: I purchased a 1 hour Couples Massage on February 12, 2015 for my husband for Valentine's Day. I scheduled the appointment for March 14, 2015. On March 6th, I received a cancellation notification of my appointment, with no message explaining why they had cancelled. I tried calling the SPA on that day to see what happened to my appoinment. I then proceeded to email them and ask. I received an email saying :We needed to cancel your appointment there was an error in our scheduling allowing appointments that date.We are closed next Saturday for spring break. We will re-open the Monday March 16th". That was it. So then I emailed back and ask that someone contact me to reschedule. I heard no response. I then emailed them back 4 times and called 6 times and left 6 messages. Nobody called me back. On April 4th, I called the spa 3 times, on the 3rd time that day I had Dr. [redacted] pick up the phone. I had 2 people in the car with me and he was on speaker phone. He proceeded to talk over me after explaining that I was very upset about this situation. He told me to calm down and to come in right this minute for the massage and he will throw in a facial. I told him I did not want to come in for the appointment and that he was being rude. He then said he had no time for me but I can come in on my own time. After being on the phone with him for 3 minutes and explaining how upset that he wasn't listening, he said, I can't help you and hung up the phone. I then received a text message from [redacted] who works there saying "Hi, [redacted] here from Dr. [redacted] just spoke to you and explained the problem you were having to schedule online as a member kindly text a time next week, do you have Saturday, 11, 2015 at noon available? Dr. [redacted] wants you to have added green tea facials to your package and private couple yoga therapy session. Also gift certificates are not refundable or transferable, sorry." She said "Dr. [redacted] had to attend to a member of the men's volleyball team in back pain". That is the reason he hung up onmeDesired Settlement: I am so upset about the service and courtesy of this establishment. I did not purchase a gift card, I purchased a 1 hour couples massage and cannot get anyone back on the phone to refund this. The purchase was $99.00. My appt. confirmation was [redacted].
