Dear San Diego Revdex.com, Last month I filed a complaint, ID # *** requesting a refund from a company who was not providing the refund for a non-functioning product. I just received the refund to my bank account from the company (however, they still have not yet contacted me back, nor the
Revdex.com regarding resolving the complaint case.) I just received another email from the Revdex.com indicating they've made a second attempt to contact the business. However, despite their lack of communication, the desired resolution is achieved with the refund they have now provided, and I would therefore like to close the complaint case as successfully resolvedI can not find where to do this from the complaint login page.
