At FIRST in the beginning my apartment seemed pleasant and ideal when my mother and I moved in 2019. After nearly a year my evaluation of this unit, this building and the company has drastically changed. People are SMOKING inside the building when there has been a NO SMOKING policy implemented January 2020, making my sickly mother suffer more and we both have asthma. My mother's and my room had suffered a flood from a broken toilet up on an upper floor apartment. The improper flooring structure causes water to come down the inside of the walls causing water damage to our carpet at anytime. They neglected to clean my carpet recently due to rain water flooding from a busted pipe outside. AND my unit has a HORRIBLE ANT INFESTATION in my kitchen they ignore and refuse to take care of! There will be more issues pending that will result in my bring this down to ONE STAR. Please this company needs to take action to improve!
