Review: On july **th I placed an order at about 930 pm est time. $95.72 for my order was taken frkm my account for payment of my order. I still have not received my order. I have called get answering machine and no call back! I have emailed and no response back!!! Their website claims that if you place order before 3pm eastern time it will ship that day. Except holidays and weekends. I know my order was after 3 on a Wednesday night but I would assume then it would be shipped the next day or at least by now!!!!Desired Settlement: I have since found the item at a different place and a better price. I want my $95.72 refunded to my account with a phone call or email acknowledging that it was done with a confirmation number for said refund!!

At this time, I have not been contacted by Sussex Toys regarding complaint ID [redacted]. And have not gotten my money back!!!!!!!
