So I bought a car back in September from Suss SuperstoreThe salesman told me it had nothing wrong with it, nor was there anything wrong with itI found out shortly after that, it did have engine work doneA couple months later the car died on me, ended up needing a brand new engine, powertrain control module and new computer systemLuckly, I had the extended warranty on itI didn't feel to good about having a vehicle under miles and only years old having problems like this so looked to see if I can trade it in and get a good deal for a better more safer vehicle, since I do have my wife who is pregnant and a year old daughterThe dealer I was looking for a trade in price told me they ran a car fax and found out it was in a front end, front right, and right side collisionSo this had me worried even moreSo I tried to do some reasearch to see if I can get this problem resolved so I don't get screwed overSo I called a guy from the [redacted] and he told me to talk to the o
I purchased my dodge charger silver vin january At the time they told me there was one airbag recall which I had no problem getting fixedI signed for a loan that was approx 12,with a warrantydays later I had to come back with the vehicle and sign another contract for a loan of 8,700, they refused to give me a warranty and was told I had to keep the car since I already drove away with the a few days priorNow on novmy engine started smokingI took it too different different mechanics and they all told me I needed a new engineSomething seemed off so I paid for a carfax on my vehicleThe carfax that tge computer pulled up was conpletely different from the one they showed me at the dealershipAlso, while looking at the correct carfax I noticed that were was more recalls for the engine and the key that would later cause issuesCurrently, I am terrified to drive my car and cannot afford a new engineI am still paying the loan

Very pleased with the eventual outcome of purchasing from Suss. We purchased an older vehicle which turned out to have a major problem. We didn't have the resources to get it fixed; if we had more money, we wouldn't have bought a 14-year-old car! The General Manager met with us and agreed to pay for the repairs, even though we bought the vehicle "as is". We are thrilled with the vehicle now, and very pleased that we checked out Suss. We will go there for our next vehicle.
