I was told on last Friday that no one had looked at my car and they did not know when they would get to it. I never got a phone call from them on Monday saying someone was looking at it. I submitted my complaint on Monday afternoon. Thunderbolt calls me Tuesday morning around 9 to tell me that they already have my car apart and parts ordered. When I asked them what was wrong with my car, he said they have not figured that out yet. How in the world can you order parts for a car if you don't know what is wrong with it? This company is dishonest and I'm not sure what it means to reject his response, but I certainly don't feel that accepting it is the thing to do. Respectfully,[redacted] Sent from my [redacted]
