My name is Sixia S** and I am currently the manager of Sushi ParaI feel truly sorry about the incident that happened on 3/18/to our customer *** *** It was not appropriate to add 15% gratuity to customer's check when they came as a party of 2,
which is less than I talked with our general manager about this and also have our crew reviewed our store policy We will try our best to maintain good customer service in order to avoid similar incidents in the future.In this letter, I attached customer's check and credit card merchant copy As it shows, we did not charge the customer additional 15% gratuity on the final check and she did not leave any tip on the credit card merchant copy on 3/18/ Therefore, unfortunately, I'm afraid that we will not be able to refund the customer with full amount, which is $However, we sincerely welcome the customer to come back so that we can show her our improved service

I am rejecting this response because: while I appreciate their apology but not refunding the dinner is unacceptable. The waitress embarrassed me and my daughter. I rather spend my money with a company that is customer service friendly. Again, tips are at the discretion of the customer. Thank you but no thanks.
