Review: I was with a party of 7. We got seated at 9:20pm this is a all you can eat sushi place for $25 per person. When we ordered we did not receive the entire order. None of the staff acknowledged us when we needed more soda or water or even another menu to order more food it took them 40 mins to bring out out plate that was not filled with everything we ordered them we tried to call a waiter over to tell them they just looked at us and kept cleaning. When we told the [redacted] or [redacted] of the reaturante he was rude he told us the kitchen was closing soon to hurry up with our order and didn't give is a Menu to order until we asked numerous times because we did not know the name of the sushi rolls . He then rudely said that's a lot of sushi to be ordering insulting us they brang out the sushi not to everything we wanted again and the waiters were then nagging us if we wanted anything else to drink . Thy closed the kitchen 30 mins before they actually closed me and my party left hungry still and very upset. That location has terrible customer service out party came out to $200 on a Saturday night 11/*/14Desired Settlement: Me and the party of 7 I was with would like to be compensated with the meal and beverages included no charge at the other location (sushi palace , great neck, ny) we've been to that one so any times no problems at that location it's just a little further.
