As far as the repair request goes, our office Susanville Real Estate never received any formal repair requests

It is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in all aspects of real estate. The property manager my wife and I have to deal with is completely unprofessional. Tonya Peddicord, the property manager, likes to say we "[redacted]" about every thing. We are also apperantly annoying because we like to follow up and make sure every thing is done right and is up to code.

Review: I rent a house from susanville real estate and they refuse to fix anything that is broken. The employee who handles the rentals will continue to lie about things we have talked about. They will not fix anything unless it is an heath issue.Desired Settlement: Do what they say they are going to do. Stop saying one thing and lying about it.
