Susan's House & Office Cleaning Service

I signed up for them to clean the office. Every cleaning they missed something, and every time I called to have it corrected.

I requested basic cleaning. Bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and the small kitchenette.

Susan scheduled additional people without my consent. Susan herself cleaned the office 2 times and left it dirty. I sent pictures to their office as proof. After calling for the 3rd time they told me they would like to part ways. I asked if I would receive a discount for all of the missed items. Not only did they tell me "no", but the service was so terrible that even when they brought in additional people to clean and the owner herself to clean, it was still dirty and they called that my discount. If the cleaning was done correctly I would call it a discount. But yet again I was sorely disappointed for letting this go on for 3 weeks and my office was never clean.
