I am writing in response to the above complaint with regard to a Special Order, Size 30, Pure White Satin Wedding Gown, Cinderella Style with Ballerina Back I met with Miss [redacted] three separate occasions to discuss a gown for herFebruary Wedding Custom Gowns of this nature range average of $4,to $6,dollars....Miss [redacted] was to make additional payments prior to the making of her gown....She informed me that she and herfuture husband had both lost their jobs.....I waited for the second payment to cover the costs of the fabrics....which were over $which I explained to her in my email ...Miss [redacted] Cancelled her Wedding gown order on her own accord...It was my better judgment to not go forward to design this gown as she is not a pleasant person...I deny any use of fowl or off color language as she has accused meof I am sending her a $check for her original deposit and wish for her to enjoy her Wedding
I am rejecting this response because: While I did meet with [redacted] three times, the first time was to actually meet her and look for a dress, when she told me ( on her own accord, I did not ask her) that she could custom make my dress for me within my budget ( I have a witness)the second time, was to give the $deposit and go over what I actually wanted so she could design it, ( I have four witnesses to this meeting)The third and final time I actually got to meet with [redacted] was to find out what was going on with my dress since I had not heard anything for over three months and needed to know what the next step was, she even told me in our second meeting that she would email me the final sketches for my approval ( something I have yet to see)She never called me to tell me she bought any material and if she truly did buy any material why didn't she call to tell me that it was gonna cost more than my deposit and she would need more money? If it wasn't for me calling and emailing non- stop I would never have known anything, she never once reached out to me to let me know what progress had been made, and now it is clear as to why, she never designed my dress, there is no materials bought and she had no intention whatsoever in actually making my dress And as far as the "prom [redacted] " statement I have witness to that as well, in fact I have two witnesses for that conversationBottom line is not only do I want my deposit back but unsuspecting brides need to know about her foul practices and avoid her like the plague
