The customer placed a preorder with us for an item that had not been produced yet.  Our website states that this sort of preproduction order can take an extended period of time to be completed, and encourages customers to sign up for our monthly production newsletter and/or keep an eye on our...

Production Schedule page and social media accounts for regular updates.  The customer asked for a refund for the order, which was delayed due to our small team being afflicted with the flu.  Upon return to normal business; a full refund was issued via money order.
