Ordered a watch strap over a month ago on 10/Paid $for itI've emailed, called and IM'd asking for an update without any commication back on the statusBasically stole $from meCalling my cc company to try and dispute the charge

I purchased items from this company on Aug I spent 63.75$ totalI have not received my items from themI have contacted them by phone and through many emailsI received emails back two weeks ago and week ago saying they had not received an order of clasps they needed but my items would be shippins in a few daysI have left voice mails but they do no telling returnItems are supposed to ship with in 3-business days, it’s been over
