Surveillance Technology Inc. recently installed a security system throughout our recreation complex. Luis was able to work with me on a price within our budget and was extremely helpful in helping select the right system to fit our needs. Every member of their team was professional and provided great customer service. The installers were very knowledgeable and even took time to train our staff how to operate the system. I highly recommend this company!

This company is very customer friendly. Both Luis and Alan returned my phone calls promptly, listened and understood my concerns, and troubleshooted over the phone. I thought I needed to replace my cameras and was quoted a fair price. After techs Tyson and later Joshua came, each lent their expertise to correct my issues. Both of these men went above and beyond my camera issues to resolve other problems (getting my Ring device operable), and climbing into my attic to find an electrical outlet to check that it was getting power (for the Ring) Above and beyond helpful and kind! When finished their efforts saved me having to buy new cameras and thus $2500. They will not take advantage!
