Relief Vapor Pens didn't work.Surterr won't exchange or refund and mentioned that the batteries don't last The Pens were dead before I got the Pens
I purchased from Surterra's Boynton Beach A Relief vaporizer pens on 5/14/2020 which didn't work. ID #*** The non-rechargeable battery died before I was able to start the product. I returned to the Boynton Beach store a few days later around 5/17/2020. This were replaced at no charge, Which he even gave me back the Pen and told me they can't take back the product so I through it away. This happened again and I returned to the location a second time. I spoke with an manager, who told me that they would not replace or give me a refund. He was nasty to me. I will not buy from this store ever again. I went to the Delray Beach store on 5/29/2002 and bought a Relief vaporizer pen ID # 01167313. I tried it outside and found it didn't work I went back it the store 5/29/2020 and they replaced it, When I went outside to make sure it worked It also didn't work. When I showed them the Vapor pen The manager accused me of ripping him off and wouldn't exchange them, and started to yell at me. I don't think this should be the way customers are being treated, He said there can't be 2 pens in a row that don't work so he called me a lier From looking at the complaints this item should not be sold because of the problems with the batteries. Now I have 2 Relief vaporizer pens that don't work. .
