[redacted] bought the said part knowing that it would not work for him as stated by the sales person at the time of sale. He insisted that it would as it looked the same as his old part. He was told of our return policy as stated (No refunds or exchanges, all sales are final, etc..) on the...

[redacted] returned to the store and I talked to him and we did find a resolution to this issue. As of the time of this letter, he was satisfied with our resolution. We did give him his money back (against company policy) and repaired his old carburetor to his satisfaction.

Review: Purchased product and installed within the 30 day warranty period

Product did not work. Took back to store to get money back or exchange

Store did not want to help. Left with broken $60.00 part
