Looking at the notes it also states that the client has called the store several times swearing at the employees because of the decision [redacted] has made to repair and not replace the items. The store can only got by the decision by [redacted] and a repair person via [redacted] should be contacting the client shortly to make arrangements to repair. Exchange of the item is not an option.
