statementstating that he was satisfied with a settlement of $250 refund.Mr. [redacted] was originally asking for a full refund of $1OOO on a dock space deposit Surfside's dockcontracts state that the deposits are non-refundable. I had spoken with Mr. [redacted] several times by phoneand offered him a settlement of the $250. When Mr. [redacted] came up Surfside on the Lake for the money,we shook hands when he left and agreed the past Is the past and the settlement was Over and that hewould be welcome to stop by the property and visit. I hope we will be remaining friends.
