HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service, rude and a rip of! I am a new rider and asked for assistance. Rather than help me, they were condescending and treated me like I was stupid!!!! The entire riding community and businesses so far, have promoted new riders and assisted with me with mentoring riding and part knowledge. This company is a disgrace to the riding business community!!' I think they probably saw I was a female and probably do not support female riders! I asked for an exhaust for safety purposes, didn't understand the process but trusted their opinion. When it was wrong I suddenly couldn't return it and it was still on the box!!! They say they are riders and care about rider safety??! No, they care about money!!!!!! So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this store!!!! I never have written a bad review in my life but I had to WARN anyone who even googled this store. Do not be a victim to these "so called" caring riders who are really in fact "money driven" and care only about ripping off their fellow riders. Caring riders would do whatever it took to take care of the safety of other riders!!! Not stick them with an exhaust that's wrong and never been opened at $450!!! A very disappointed new rider!!!

And when I tried to complain to the company about the practices, I received emails telling me I didn't have a complaint, was looking for someone to blame and said I can't contact the Revdex.com to complain!!!!!
