Review: This company serviced our machine, and damaged it. They came out again to "fix their mistakes" and subsequently decided to charge us for another "service call". They want us to pay them for breaking our machine. To date, the machine cannot be fixed from their error. They do not stand behind their mistakes and place the blame elsewhere.

Dr. Glavis contacted SurfCT.com because he had purchased a machine from another company that he was not able to get working. As our normal process, we provided him with an estimate and our minimum service fee. We did not promise that we could fix the machine, our commitment was to troubleshoot it and see if we could get it working. We were unable to get it working and we recommended he contact the dealer he purchased it from to get it replaced or repaired under warranty. He would not disclose where he purchased the unit but it was certainly not from the manufacturer and did not have a warranty to speak of. When we went out a second time, it was at the customer's request that we try again and in good faith, we did attempt to repair it however, again, were not able to. Again, we recommended that he contact the place he purchased the unit from to get it repaired or replaced. We even went out a 3rd time to attempt to fix it again at no additional charge and now the doctor does not want to pay us for any of our work.
