Staying here tonight for the NYE bash that was falsely advertised about a DJ and family fun. The place is dirty and disgusting and I left a detailed review on google as well. My children are ages 11, 4, 2 and 1. My two younger ones had a horrible time due to the kiddie pool temperature being extremely cold. When I went with the complaint to management Brad S[redacted] the general manager was very demeaning and aggressive, he screamed in my face and told me if I was unhappy with the facility and if my children where having a bad time I should go home. We drove 2 hours away from [redacted] MI to bring our family here, he seen the kids were shivering and cold and there were no towels in sight and instead of accommodating us or allowing me to sit in the hot tub with them until they warm up and staff gets towels he got in my face yelled at me scared my kids and made them cry. He ruined our night and I am just wondering if it were him in my shoes who paid over $300 for a night of fun with their children and instead the kids couldn't enjoy themselves because of the water temperature being beyond freezing, would he have turned around and drove back home. It's clear their water heater must be broken on that side and they aren't being honest. I've read previous complaints about it being broken and hot tub being broken as well, wish I would have read some more reviews before wasting our time and money. I don't know if Brad is just racist because we were the only brown people in there or maybe because he thought I'm a smaller woman and he can talk to me like I'm his child and he's in my face yelling and screaming at me instead of fixing the water temperature. His staff agreed it was cold and all they could say is maybe the area for older children is warmer than kiddie people because people are urinating in it (really how gross) I won't ever forget this NYE night. I know they don't care enough to reimburse me for their mistakes and lies and rudeness but I hope for other guests sake they fix the water temperature for the children or stop advertising this place as fun for family because it's not fun or nice it's dirty and run down and Brad thinks he's the boss and can speak to anyone in whatever manner he chooses
