This letter is in response to the above complaint The floor that was installed ---based on my last sight visit in the spring was not defective due to the flooring installation The logo was gauged ---our warranty does not cover misuse or abuse [redacted] paid half what the floor would sell for in our industrial/commercial market because they allowed us to also put our logo in there facilityIt was also clearly stated on the proposal that this was a thin mil coating We would like the floor to look good as well for many reasons including the fact that our name is clearly placed in the floor surface, therefore we will make the repair As I clearly stated to Mr [redacted] , we will repair the floor in January when our schedule allows We are a small business with Fortune clients and wish no ill press/PR With that being said we hold all of our clients with equal value and will take care of the issue with [redacted] in January If our schedule changes and we can get a crew mobilized in December I will let Mr [redacted] know and we will go from there I would rather commit to what I know I can make happen versus more disappointment for [redacted] *** I hope this satisfies this complaint and that we remain in good standing with the Revdex.com There has never been a complaint filed in the years that our company has been in business and we take this very seriously Please let me know if there is any further information that is required Thank you, [redacted] Vice President of Business Development
