In response to Mrs [redacted] 's complaint, a refund is not warranted at this time The $1,charge was for material only Please see the attached invoice from the location the materials were purchased from that states the exact total There was never a charge for labor for completing the job I, the owner, have offered numerous times to come out to correct the issues at hand, but with the contingency that the home owner, [redacted] , be present the entire time, but it has not been followed through by the homeowner That offer is still on the table Thank you

I am not the contractor for Ms*** on this job nor did Ms*** pay me, she paid her contractor, *** *** *** *** paid me therefore I am unable to refund herShe never asked me for a refund and there are some untruths in the written complaint She never complained about
the job and is currently suing the *** ***. *** *** ** ** *** ** *** ** *** ** ** *** ** *** and is simply lashing out in an effort to hurt me or my company I can prove I got paid right after the job by the *** ***If she wants me to go over there and fix something I will but at the end of the day I wasn't her contractor
