Surf Thru Express Car Wash

I am rejecting this response because: of the simple fact is the blower did do damage to my car. In the response they said the blower(s) were adjusted.  It wasn't because of not being attached properly or because my car is a 2002 vs a 2012-2017. I also would like it noted that no one called as they continue to state, I want to be clear that I left two numbers both have voice mail and caller id logs shows nothing from SurfThur except for when I posted this on my Facebook did they call me. Trust me when I say that I will not ever go back to this location or any other SurfThur car wash!
