HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER SPEND AN OTHER PENNY IN THIS "MOM & POP SHOP"!!!! My Husband bought a pair of flip flops and a tank top from this store, for a last minute get together at the harbor with family from out of townHe obviously knows what size shirt and flips flops he wears, so he bought the size that usually fit him, when he buys them anywhere elseAs soon as we got to the harbor he put the tank on and realized it was not true to size, and too smallHe didn't wear the tank at allWe both were going to peal off the sticker that displays the size on the bottom of the flip flop, then he said stop because he didn't want the sticking to the ground when he walkedHe put the flipflops on and walked maybe feet before realizing the flip flops were too small also, and the rubber piece between the te on the right foot wasn't positioned correctly, and he knew he wouldn't be able to wear them all day, so he walked back to the car and put his other shoes on The following day he asked me to return those items for himI went in to the store and was helped by a young guyHe looked over the tank as if it were foreign to him (bizarre really)He then looked at the flips flops and told me that because there was some sand on the bottom and the sticker that displays the size was pealed back (which WE did, before stopping) that they were used, and therefore he wouldn't take them backI explained the situation to him and he called his supervisor over to look at themShe came over with a bad attitude, and looked at the tank AGAINthen looked at the flips flops and told me "sorry these are used, I cant resell them, so I cant take them back"I asked her what the difference would be if someone was trying them on in the store for mins??? She said "its different" Out of no where a young, sorry for lack of better words dumb kid/guy comes walking out, basically down talking me as if I'm wrong"I can get the manager if you dont mind waiting, but I dont know where she is and this isn't important enough to break her away from whats she probably doing..." "don't expect much.." "this is a mom and pop shop, we're more focused on the underline.." (whatever that meant) "this isn't costco, you can't just wear stuff and think we'll take it back,,," I believe the "bigger manager", as she was called, was BrennaWWWOOOWWWW I certainly hope she is not the owner!!!!!! She looked me right in the eye and said "I'm not taking your flipflops back, I cant help you"I am a manager myself, there is NO WAY I would risk my business' reputation over $I said you're not returning them because theres a little sand on the bottomIts a BEACH store, half the people that shop there are covered in sand, and in their swim suits, COME ON!! More or less, I told her that her customer service, is an exact reflection of how the other staff treat customersClearly they were trained by her, because they all have her bad attitude While walking out of the store, the same punk kid glared at me with a smirk, waved and said "try to enjoy the rest of your day..." Are you kidding me?? Is this really how this business is ran?? SMHI wont spend an other penny here, and since my husband are I are born and raised in Oceanside, we've spent a pretty penny there over the yearsWhat a shame If the OWNER ever reads this, get your staff right and get rid of Brenna (however you spell her name, shes HORRIBLE)you're losing your reputation, clientele, and revenue

My Husband bought a pair of flip flops and a tank top from this store, for a last minute get together at the harbor with family from out of town. He obviously knows what size shirt and flips flops he wears, so he bought the size that usually fit him, when he buys them anywhere else. As soon as we got to the harbor he put the tank on and realized it was not true to size, and too small. He didn't wear the tank at all. We both were going to peal off the sticker that displays the size on the bottom of the flip flop, then he said stop because he didn't want the sticking to the ground when he walked. He put the flipflops on and walked maybe 50 feet before realizing the flip flops were too small also, and the rubber piece between the te on the right foot wasn't positioned correctly, and he knew he wouldn't be able to wear them all day, so he walked back to the car and put his other shoes on.
The following day he asked me to return those items for him. I went in to the store and was helped by a young guy. He looked over the tank as if it were foreign to him (bizarre really).
