Unfortunately, both my husband and I went the Laurel location on Jan 12, 2020, we have washed clothes twice here before, but this experience was totally different. We placed money into the washer , loaded our clothes, placed in detergent, went to close the door of the washer, and display went back to its original, standard of pay $ 2.75. We told the attendant who doesn’t speak English or chooses not to speak English and she accused us of not putting in money. I have a huge problem of being called a liar, it’s not about the money but rather the principle. Both my husband and I have served this country proudly , one thing that we both have is integrity. Also there is a camera at this location and she chose not to review it. We have been a member of this community for over 10 years. She needs to be better trained as a customer service rep. And looking at the yelp reviews, there is a constant challenge with this particular location, will never go to this establishment again. I do not want anyone else to get ripped off and ignored.
