Review: The proprietor has refused to give my mail to me. I have followed all guidelines and this person has taken my fixed income checks.

I am not able to feed and house myself as a result of her unprofessional and childish actions. She has lied to me and to the police. She knows that these checks are imperative to my survival and has no regard for my welfare. She has no business having a store which requires responsibility. She admitted to me that she has committed identity theft to cover her felonious criminal record.

I have begged her to not keep throwing my mail in the trash but she has stonewalled me.Desired Settlement: I want the mail she has withheld.
