Review: Two employees causing customer harrasment three following weeks. On behalf of talking to the GENERAL MANAGER "[redacted]" who she would not give me her last name... Was defending her employee and wasn't letting me explain or discuss my issue. Instead put a blame on us when we've visited this location three consecutive weeks and they each every week still harass me and my guest of friends I try and show a good time. Employee also made a threat to drop a kids bowling ball on my head. After they tried to explain to me what damaged "could" have been done, while I was explaining my friend has carpal tunnel but no... Only kids balls for kids... Excuse me for trying to make sure my friend doesn't get hurt in your facility. I bowled in a professional manner league for 10 years. I would t do anything to hurt anyone or anyone at this establishment, were only there to have a good time with friends and family but these guys constantly giving us a hard time.Desired Settlement: New management... Employees insulted me and threatened to drop a bowling ball on my head!! I would like to talk to management again... Very defensive and no training or customer service.
