Review: I was sold a advertising campaign that was to begin on 06/01/2014. We tried for 2 months to log in and access the account, but could not. During this time we were also emailing our sales rep Joey Baron with no return calls or emails. We finally got the correct codes from a [redacted] on 10/20/2014. 4 months and 20 days after the contract began. It needs to be known that this was only a 6 month contract. Now we only had one month and ten days to use it but we were still expected to pay the full [redacted] month term. [redacted] spoke to me and admitted that we were given the wrong codes for the account but they don't want to do anything to credit us for not being able to use the account for over four months. After all of the none correspondence from Joey we found out that he no longer worked for that company, and that no one else from the company was checking any of his emails or clients for problems.Desired Settlement: refund the money that was paid during the time we could not use the account. Cancel the entire contract. Make sure that this does not report to any collection agency.
