SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Albany Airport

called four times to talk to a manager about double billing on my credit card bill for a room on Jan. 18th. I booked one room for one night. They billed me for two different rooms. Everytime I call the manager is never there. I am told the are two managers and that they have to handle this matter. I call, they say Laura will call me that night. I'm still waiting. The next time the manager will be there in the morning. Still no manager. The next time manager will be there by noon. Called at
12:45, manager still no there.

I would like the motel to credit my credit card for the extra charge of a room I did not book or use.

also amenities offers a breakfast with meat on the buffet. I guess there idea of meat on the buffet was what was in the hash.
