I purchased a sweatshirt for a Christmas gift on December 14th I was aware that the gift would not arrive on christmas considering the reviewsHOWEVER the website states that the order would at least be ready to ship in 15-daysIt is almost day since the order was placed (mind you, they took my money immediately) and yet, my order is still "confirmed and received"The haven't even begun the processing or production of my orderSomething that the website would advise once it has been startedI have attempted to call but they're still using the holidays as an excuse to not answer their *CUSTOMER SERVICE [redacted] linesI will NEVER do business here again, and I will advocate the boycott of their company
I recently ordered a Christmas sweater on November 29, for a total cost of $USDAfter waiting a few weeks for the package, I contacted the company asking why my package has not been shipped and why I haven't received any information regarding the shipmentThey explained to me that it was delayed due to Christmas and would be sent soonThey also provided me a [redacted] tracking number but when I track the number, it comes up as "Not Trackable" and states it is in PolandI have escalated my dispute to [redacted] and they are reviewing it but I have been waiting over a month for this package and have received no real assistance from the company

On July 2, I ordered a custom designed tee shirt order # [redacted] The order was severely defective and unwearableThe tee shirt had not been laid flat for printing and used an inferior quality shirt which bunchedRageOn claims that the company is not responsible for white spots resulting from improper placement of material for printing or negligence in quality control"We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following: Custom Products - meaning any user created product that cannot be restocked “White marks” on our all over print products"

I never received they order that I placed. I have emailed their customer service twice, and attempted to contact through Facebook once with no response. I could not find a phone number to talk to an actual person.

I have been in contact with the company for weeks now trying to get an update on a shirt I ordered on November 30th when I emailed the company weeks ago [redacted] from customer service email me back with a generic email telling me about production times and not informing me anything about my orderI have gone back and forth with the company trying to get information about my order and figuring out when it will be delivered or even shipped out to meThe company has been very unprofessional and unhelpful in the matter, they keep sitting out generic emails about production times instead of actually telling me what's going on with my order that I'm asking about it is outrageous that a company will pull these types of stunts knowing that it's close to the holidays and people need their orders to fulfill gift for others
On 12/6/I placed an order a shirt On 12/13/the order was finally shippedI used the tracking number provided to check the status of the deliverOn 12/31/I got an email that my shirt was deliveredI went to check the tracking and it says returned to sender I called RagOn a couple of times to find out where my shirt wasThey told me to check with [redacted] and file a missing item reportThey refused to help me find the package and blamed [redacted] for the delay plus me not receiving my shirtThey assured me that RageOn did provide a correct shipping label and they have proofThe agent said I would get an email with the proofI am still waiting for that I have constantly emailed them trying to get a refund since I did not receive the itemI have not received any feedback
I placed my original order on November 27, 2016, RageON charged my credit card on November 29, - After two weeks and not receiving confirmation of order I contacted them via email - and was told they would check on it - two days later I received a "confirmation" that order have been placed and I would have to wait for order to be fulfilledI sent email, after email on a weekly basis - once I received order number and tracking number I would daily try and track my orderNoted that on December or so they had sent my order - and tried to track it and saw it was being shipped from POLAND - and then was tied up in customs - and as of today - when I tried to track my order this is the message I received when I entered my tracking number: NOW this: Now my entire package is missing? Placing the order I ordered a shirt at the beginning of Decas a Xmas presentIt didn't arrive until Dec(this after getting multiple newsletter emails (after placing my order) saying..."place your order now and get it before xmas")I never received an actual invoice when I received the "thank you for your order" emailAfter getting my order The item received is not as pictured on their website.The image on their website did not come close to what I receivedTop right of image (which was key to the image) was completely cut off by the sleeveThe bottom of the image was also cut right offThe edge of the printed image left a very visible black line on the sleeveThe item received is clearly a small image that has been enlarged and therefore is very pixelated which suggests the owner of the original image ( [redacted] ) did not give permission for reproduction and it was taken off the Internet and enlarged*** has since confirmed that RageOn did not have permission to print this imageOnly Threadless had permission to print this image in a t-shirtTried contacting them multiple times after this for a refund and did not receive a replyThis process has been my worst experience dealing with a company on-lineAvoid them like the plague
I initially posted a negative review on here regarding long delivery times and an unresponsive customer serviceHowever, RageOn took the time to reach out to me to clear up any confusionI am very satisfied with their professionalism in this manner and am willing to continue doing business with them
