Tried to open remote control box on logs to install batteries and it fell apart in my hands. Never able to use the logs.
We purchased the Savanna Oak gas logs 1/31/20 and had a licensed contractor install them and hook them up. When I tried to open the box on the logs that signals the remote control to install batteries, the entire thing literally fell apart in my hands. Home Depot says I must call SureHeat but their phone and email do not work.
I wish to have a refund for the substandard product.
Purchased gas fireplace logs from Home Depot made by Sure Heat Manufacturing. Trying to contact but no one answers phone or responds to email.
There is a problem with the pilot light on the fire place logs. The logs were purchased in December 2019 and were 2-3 months of use. We were told by Home Depot to contact the manufacturer. We did so multiple times, starting in March, 2020, and no one answers the phone or responds to email. Is this company still in business?
We would like to talk with a customer service representative to discuss a remedy for our situation.
Damaged goods, need replacement part.
Purchased a sureheat firebox and gas logs from HomeDepot in summer 2019. Received the product but damaged during shipment to us. Called #XXX-XXX-XXXX and ordered a replacement part. Order # XXXXXXX. We call EVERY DAY and they tell us our part is set to ship out that afternoon. Alas, still no part. I have their address and was considering a road trip to pickup personally, but they are 350 miles away.
I want the replacement part.
Finally sent the part after Home Depot called them.
Gas Log Set Exploded
I have owned this set of gas logs for 15 months. These logs stopped working when we noticed a small explosion. We removed these logs today and discovered the problem. I am enclosing photos.
We purchased these logs from the Home Depot for $357.45 in May, 2018. I have documentation and photos of the problem. I do want a full refund as I will never purchase another set of this brand.
Ordered part in early November, it's almost Christmas and still no part nd no heat in the house.
On November 12 I ordered a part for my heater. After numerous calls to the company they sent me the wrong part. NOW they are telling me they don't know what part I need. I gave them the model number, the serial # of the Manufacturer and there answer was "Send us a picture of the part we sent and the one you need. Our Manager will research the parts and let you know". I am without heat, they are playing games yet they took the money with out a question. Please help, this practice has to stop.
I would like to have the part. Last year I called and they sent me the part with out problems. The heater is 2 years old, it should not be out of date as they clime.
