Sure Women ministries

I placed an order online through Paypal from the Sure Women Ministries website for a 2011 conference DVD set on August 23, 2013 , but this ministry has not sent the item to me as of yet. I have called the numbers on their website , but none of their numbers are taking phone calls or allows people to leave messages . I have emailed this ministry at least twice on their website , but nobody responded about the order that I placed from their website. I also called [redacted]'s [redacted] in [redacted], MA and left a message with a secretary there about 2 weeks ago , but nobdy returned my phone call or emailed me to give me any updates about the order that I placed with her ministry. I called her office back again the next week and the same secretary answered the phone again and said that she already told [redacted] that my order still had not been shipped since August 23, 2013 when I placed the order. Nobody still has called me or emailed to let me know anything concerning this order. I have emailed [redacted] on facebook , but she will not respond to my messages about the order not being shipped that I paid for on her ministry website at all. I feel that this is very unprofessional to do towards customers. She has not responded to me at all nor has she had a representative to respond to me at all to resolve this issue at all. Nobody from her ministry has made any attempts to send me the media products that I paid for on her website. If they do not have this item that is listed on their website then they need to give me a refund right away instead of ignoring my opportunities to resolve this issue with them through email, phone calls at her office and a written letter that I mailed to her ministry as well. I paid $25.00 to her ministry for this product , but they still have not sent me anything or credited me back a refund if they did not have the item being advertised on her ministry website.Product_Or_Service: 2011 conference DVD setOrder_Number: 13tXXXXXxhXXXXXgDesired SettlementIf they do not have this product that is being advertised on The Sure Women Ministries website then they need to issue me a refund directly. Business Response I apologize but I had not received the messages regarding the DVD purchase until late because Sure Women Ministries is not in operation at this time. We are not accepting orders. I was on maternity leave so there was a delay in the response, however, when I was informed I immediately made sure that Ms. [redacted] got a refund. We did respond to Ms. [redacted]. Thanks
