I apologize for the lack of a timely response to Mr. [redacted]'s calls and e-mails.
Unfortunately, Sure To Grow is at least temporarily not manufacturing new products and his order cannot be fulfilled.
We are in the process of negotiating with a potential buyer for the purchase of the...
company, but in the interim, are not taking orders.
