Keith and his guys are tops!
A/C malfunction Sat 8pm -- called Via American Home Shield (AHS) insurance (which does *not* cover hotels in AZ summer at 108 F), & we were assigned SureTemp; Bud was dispatched, and he assessed our old roof-based York.
The compressor was locked up ($355 from AHS) + $415 labor, and given gov't interference in market of R-22 refrigerant, $85/lb = $525, Bud recommended a ~$6,000 Trane replacement. Since AHS offered $770 "buyout", we declined. Further, I have a feeling this old R-22 is superior to current offerings. (could be wrong).
Fixed by Wed 4pm.
17 days later, A/C goes out (Saturday morning). Called SureTemp directly, and they scheduled Bud for Monday analysis -- main board, a $500 part, was electrically shorted & melted. Since it was close in date to previous repair, all was quickly taken care of by SureTemp. Replaced on Tuesday by 4pm.
I have used Sure Temp for years. I recommend them to friends and family.

Just used Sure Temp AC today for our home for the 2nd time and service was excellent. [redacted] was prompt, efficient and consistent with his work estimate and the final cost. He does not overcharge, and does not oversell any unnecessary services. Would highly recommend.
