Sure Settlement handled our closing in September of We were the sellersThe company never reached out to us for anythingThey had no idea where our proceeds were going or where our mortgage wasThey deposited the entire amount including the banks money to pay off our mortgage into our accountHow they got a clear title is beyond me?? Our house closed without paying off the mortgage! Ron R [redacted] wanted me to wire him the money to pay off the mortgageI got ahold of my bank and they took care of itSeems very unprofessionalWe never got as much as a "I'm sorrry", not a wordI would think a title company would know there was a loan to pay off or at least reach out to us and askVery disappointing
