Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowresponse to letter dated sept After receiving this email I contacted the city building deptI was told that I could pick up the signed permit card on sept 2016, in the am.I looked over the note from the engineer, and the drawingthe drawing still shows supports and there were supports installed by Sure Safe, which seems to me that it is not correctAt this time I just figure that this is the best that I can expect The permit card is now signed, I just don't understand, Why did I have to go through all this?, When it was resolved in aprox three days. Why did it take from mar until sept to settle this matter? I don't appreciate being threatened with a lawsuit for filing a complaintAny complaints that I made were supplied with supporting documentationAnd claims by [redacted] that he had no idea that the permit card had not been signed off, when I supplied emails dated mar explaining that Sure Safe had failed their inspection After all this I would just like to know, Why [redacted] did you put me through this? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. response to letter dated 1 sept 2016 After receiving this email I contacted the city building dept. I was told that I could pick up the signed permit card on 2 sept 2016, in the am.I looked over the note from the engineer, and the drawing. the drawing still shows 43 supports and there were 50 supports installed by Sure Safe, which seems to me that it is not correct. At this time I just figure that this is the best that I can expect. The permit card is now signed, I just don't understand, Why did I have to go through all this?, When it was resolved in aprox three days. Why did it take from 4 mar 2016 until sept to settle this matter? I don't appreciate being threatened with a lawsuit for filing a complaint. Any complaints that I made were supplied with supporting documentation. And claims by [redacted] that he had no idea that the permit card had not been signed off, when I supplied emails dated 4 mar 2016 explaining that Sure Safe had failed their inspection. After all this I would just like to know, Why [redacted] did you put me through this?

The original drawing submitted by sure safe do not existing beam layout. I now see that they have created a new drawing that still does not represent existing beam layout or location of newly installed sure safe supports. The newer drawing shows 43 supports and I was told that there were 50 installed. The 20% discount offered by sure safe was their business flyer that they had slipped under my front door. I asked at the time of contract signing about the discount. [redacted] informed me that he was unable to give any discount on the job due to tight bidding. [redacted] told me at that time that he had told his men not to leave any discount offers anymore. Revdex.com has a copy of this flyer. The percentages I referred to concerning payments were only to show proof that the job was paid in full. Revdex.com has proof of payment. As of 26 Aug 2016, Sure Safe claims to have no knowledge that the inspector did not sign the permit card. [redacted] was notified in an email dated 4 Mar 2016 that they had failed the inspection. I furnished him with a photo copy of the correction notice. Since 4 Mar 2016 the sure safe office has been in contact with the building dep[redacted]ment but they still Fail to remedy this matter. [redacted] has been assuring me that this was no problem and would be taken care of. A copy of the permit card and correction notice have been furnished to Revdex.com. Sure safe is leaving me in a bad spot due to this work is a requirement before any home in this area can be sold. At this time I will need to hire another contractor to properly complete this work.

RE: 11666132 In response to [redacted] complaint regarding his permit, Sure Safe EFS installed a foundation at [redacted] On November 6, 2015 in compliance with engineering submitted to the city of [redacted] (see attached). In addition to the engineering submitted to the city...
of [redacted] at the request of [redacted] we also provided “as built” engineering to show that the foundation was installed in compliance with the original engineering, Hence [redacted] claim that the engineering did not match the engineered drawing is patently false. Although the house measurements were slightly off with the original drawing the matter was cleared up with the “as built” engineering provided after the job was completed. You will also note both engineering and engineered drawings are sealed by a professional registered architect/engineer. [redacted] claim that he was to receive a 20% discount is also untrue (see contract attached) and also note as evidenced by the contract that [redacted] claim that he paid 50% down is again untrue. [redacted] paid a $1000 deposit plus his permit fee up front and the balance of the contract at the completion of the work. As of today, we had no knowledge of the permit not being signed off. I would think it would be incumbent upon [redacted] to have at least tried to contact us and let us know that he was having a problem with his permit. Sincerely,
