Alfredo, I appreciate you bringing the complaint to my attention I have had the opportunity to review your file and account I found that we had made numerous attempts to try and resolve the situation and were unable to make contact I also reviewed all the documentation on your account and have attached the month contract document that you entered with our company I have also attached the service ticket that you all signed after we completed the first service I will continue to review your account but based on what I have found the documents and process of your account were followed Please advise me of any other issues or specific complaints that you have and I will gladly look into if for youPure Pest Houston

I tried to reach out to Mr *** regarding his complaints and issues I sent him his original documents for his review so we could then discuss his issues and come up with a resolution One of his complaints was that we were supposed to come out monthly The plan that he was
signed up and which was on his original documents was a bi-monthly plan I'm happy to try to come up with a resolution for him and to fix or discuss his concerns. Pure Pest
