Sure Pass Driving School

I have made a number of phone calls to the company about my refund for a driving crash course that I booked, in which I cancelled with in exactly 4 days of booking it, in which a certain [redacted], has had an email from myself, confirming the cancelation (which she ignored) and also been passed 5 verbal messages by colleagues, in which she admits to me that she has received, yet 4 days later of cancelation, she has STILL not contacted me or given me (the customer) my refund. I have been told that she doesn't know when she can give me a refund back, due to the company owners being in Disney land!

Clearly quick enough to take customers money from them and making out there the best, most efficient and fastest service with in this line of service, but when it comes to giving customers the refund of MONEY THAT BELONGS TO THEM, then they just don't seem bothered or interested as it isn't important to them as there getting nothing out of it!

I passed my test with sure pass in July 2011 in which the company representative that dealt with me back then ([redacted]) was very helpful and polite in every possible way!

I find [redacted] attitude towards me rather disgusting and very unhelpful, and I would urge any other customer to avoid using sure pass due to the unprofessional attitude of [redacted] (manager) as there are many other driving schools out there with a much better customer orientated policy's.
