While parked at [redacted] on 7/15/13, I was towed away by [redacted] of [redacted]. My internet research reveals the property is owned/managed by Surabian Realty Co Inc of West Boylston MA. I was charged $130.00 dollars to retrieve my car that was towed at 815am from the parking lot of [redacted]. I like to get breakfast and pastries to eat later in the day at a business located in this plaza. Before 8am, I shopped at the Brazillian Bakery buying breakfast and priced out some pastry to pick up later and told them I will be back. I then walked off the plaza property to run an errand. I returned to the parking lot 25 min later to pick up my pastries from the bakery and found that my car was towed.I feel that I was a genuine customer of the businesses in the [redacted] and therefore was not subject to be towed.Desired SettlementI would like all of the $130 dollar tow charge to be refunded to me.
