I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Dear Revdex.com [redacted], I spoke with [redacted] this morning regarding her disappointing experience in our cooking class.I extended my deepest apologies for not replying earlier to her complaint, and for not delivering the class content she was rightfully expecting. [redacted]...
[redacted] shared with me that that she was frustrated by the lack of response she received about the feedback she provided, and was disappointed by the content of the class, as it was not what she was expecting from our advertisement. She was also disappointed as the class she was taking with her family, was indented to celebrate her father's birthday. I told [redacted] that I will be following up with both the chef who taught the class and the resident Chef of this program. I will remind my team that the experience they created is at odd with our Sur La table experience expectation. [redacted] was satisfied I called her and also taking action to avoid this experience to happen again. I refunded [redacted] the full amount of her purchase, and extended for her and a guest a complementary class of her choice, in a cooking school that is convenient for her.
