Pressed process order on website, but was redirected to the home page of the site with the item still in my cart. I was charged with a pending transaction but received no order confirmation email. Requested to cancel order for a refund by contacting customer service through email in order to cancel. Did not receive any order number due to the site glitching, and I was not followed up on in time. I received a shipping email today, even though I requested to cancel my order, but it has still not yet shipped, according to the *** tracking number.
Customer Service was lousy and did did nothing to resolve this issue.

I tried ordering an item off of their app, during checkout instead of confirming my order or receiving an order number I was redirected back to the home page but the money was already removed from my bank account. I tried contacting Supreme on the email supplied by their website to which they replied asking for my order number. I responded that I did not receive one and that was what I was requesting along with a screenshot of the transaction. They did not respond, I tried emailing again an hour later stating I still have not received my order number or confirmation and that I could provide the information used to make the transaction so they could look up my order number, I received no response 8 hours after the initial contact.

my boyfriend got a yellow xl sweater and I tried getting a medium blue sweater the ONLY thing we have in common is our address and this was their "response"

Horrible customer service. Repeatedly ignore emails and they customer contact phone number says to email them, which as stated above does not get replies. It appears as though the only time they address issues is when a complaint is filed with the Revdex.com or legal actions are filed. They issue store credits when they make the mistake.

Look at my bank account and $701.47 was withdrawal on 4//20 called my bank on 4//2020 and said I did not authorize this payment that I did not order anything from this company. Chase said they would investigate and on the same day I got a box with merchandise from this company. I tried reaching out but you can only email them and since I have no invoice from them because I did not get in the box and also because I did not order from them so they never answered email after that.I want my money returned to my account and I want to return the merchandised. One other thing their was a phone on my shipping address that was from the person who order the merchandise and lives in florida and I live in ca.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company should be put out of business. There is a complete disconnect between the price of the items and the level of customer service. You would have loyal customers if you could simply talk to someone on the phone or receive a helpful reply to an email. Kids are spending hundreds of dollars buying this ***. Shame on whoever's idea it was to offer nothing to your faithful followers in terms of service. Capitalism at its absolute worst. A company with no soul. I hope another company starts offering better service because Supreme will quickly lose all of its customers. The only reason you get away with it is that you are dealing mostly with a younger crowd. Every kid I know who buys from you hates your website and is starting to hate your company and brand because of it. Someone will soon offer you some legitimate competition and, as always, happens, consumers will vote with their wallets and go elsewhere. I will laugh when it happens. In the meantime, eternally grateful for credit cards that reverse charges to fraudulent companies like yours. Check your conscience. You're ripping off children.

I have three withdrawls from my bank account when I didn't order anything from Supreme. I haven't received any contact from them as to why they've withdrawn 843.68 from me.

Please advise that while the pending charges for these orders posted to the account on the date of purchase, the final transactions were not settled until a later date (see settlement date). If you continue to experience any issues with duplicate charges, please contact your bank directly.

Terrible customer service, Contacted on 4/24 to cancel an order I had just placed after their website glitched on a different item I was trying to get on a Thursday drop. didnt contact me back until 4 days later saying the item could not be canceled even though it had not even been shipped yet. Contacted 3-4 other times explaining the website had glitched and that I would at least like a store credit so they dont lose money on the shirt, or to change it out with another product and they've just been ignoring my emails. today I get an automated email saying that the shirt that I ordered had shipped.

Honestly, I know supreme is a huge company that probably wont really care about their rating on Revdex.com (since its close to a 1 star) but seriously. the level of customer service is complete and utter garbage, at least have the decency to say that the shirt couldn't be exchanged for a store credit or another item. but nope, ended up with a t shirt I didn't want and literally 0 contact or regard for their customers.

I am just one customer, so what do I know.

I placed an order about a month ago, I paid $300 for a hoodie and a pair of shorts that I had never received. I have sent supreme multiple multipleeee emails about my problems and they’ve just been ignoring me. I even tried to reach out to *** the delivering company and they said they couldn’t do anything that I have to call them and figure it out even though supreme doesn’t even have a customer service phone number available. I shouldn’t have to do all of this just to try to get my money back. This whole thing has been nothing but a big headache

We have issued the customer an online store credit for the returned order. *** was unable to deliver the package to the customer due to an incorrect postal code entered at checkout (***). According to our return policy, items can only be returned for store credit only. Customers are required to agree to our terms and conditions before placing an order at checkout.

e-mail: *** address: *** My issue started on March *** when I didn't get my package. I contacted Supreme the same day and told them how I did not get my pair of shoes even though *** tracking said delivered. They filed a claim, and never got back to me after. I had to write multiple emails for them to say that *** confirmed that they delivered. How is that possible? I live in an apartment and they usually hand me the packages in person and I sign for everything. This time there was no proof of delivery and no signature. So, then, I ask supreme to re-open the case, which they allegedly did. A day later, I get an e-mail saying that my address and information was banned because I have had 1 lost package before out of all the my purchases. Which is true, and *** has completely refunded and taken responsibility of that one, just like they should have this time. After that I wrote tens of emails and was told to contact my bank after being ignored like 5-6 times. I write one last email and still don't get a reply. However I wake up to a refund e-mail, even though I have never asked for one. All I was asking for was for them to investigate and try to find my pair of shoe and nothing more. I was surprised today that I couldn't checkout a pair of socks, probably because of "address" issues and I really believe that the Supreme representative had banned my address for no reason, even though I have done nothing wrong. I have been a supporter of this company for a while, and have bought items for retail or even for resale, because I really love the brand. But I was disappointed that they ban people for no reason just like that. It was not my fault that an order of mine had gone "lost", a.k.a. probably stolen, as I have seen horror stories of people finding out that their items got stolen by *** drivers from their cameras. Anyway, I don't want to assume anything. But I do believe that this company doesn't know how to treat their customers. And I was very disappointed with what they did. All I want is for them to reach out and fix my issue. I have nothing to hide, I told them multiple times that they could do all the investigations that they want, and that they can come search my house and do whatever they want. I have not received my item. I have never lied or avoided them. Truth always wins and that's a fact.

Let's say you have the IQ of a normal human being, do you think that's acceptable to you? The refund is not the shoe, but you still fail to understand that for some reason. I had already said that the refund has been already given. My question was why my address and information were banned when in fact I was right and got a refund already? A refund wouldn't have been given if you didn't know that you had messed up. But why the ban? You just still fail to formulate a few lines of text to reply to me, and it's just sad that a business is handled in such an unprofessional way. Just sad.

Most? What is most to you? 2 orders that ACTUALLY didn’t show up? Are you nuts? Can you give me proof that I had received the order? No signature, no nothing. And didn’t *** admit that it was their mistake the first time? Who runs this account and who replies to people. Like I said, I did not receive it and that answer will never change. Be free to open a wider investigation and call the authorities if you’d like. You won’t get anywhere. This business is ran by monkeys who can’t even communicate with their customers. It’s just disappointing. All I wanted was a pair of sneakers, nothing more. So instead of handling this like adults and trying to file an investigation, I get banned. Like, what? Out of all my orders, 2 that just did not show up is considered “most”? Do you even hear yourself? This is just pathetic.

I ordered a pair of shoes. My size is 11.5 and I know this. Somehow the web site defaulted to a size 8 and they do not accept exchanges. They don’t seem to have a track record of being easy to work with so I’m looking for some assistance

Please put this request in within 2 days of receipt. Once it is approved, you will receive another email with instructions about how and where to send back your item/s for online store credit. This is my first time purchasing from supreme.

I returned a jacket but only got store credit. Their return policy is not clearly stated and I only got store credit even after emailing them multiple times about the issue asking for my money back to my credit card. A quick google search will show that many other people have the same issue.

I didn't even open the package, and I paid a total of 34$ in shipping. I am not asking for the shipping costs back I just want my money back.

I reached out through email to Supreme to return a shirt I bought for my son for Christmas on the same day I received the product. it was the wrong size and then my son decided it was not the quality he was expecting for the price. They told me I could only apply for a store credit and had to fill out a form to start the exchange process and if it get approved then I would be contacted on how to send the merchandise back. The link they sent for the form sent me to a page that said my order was not eligible for a refund. They also told me I only have 2 days to fill out and submit my form. I emailed them again to express that I was not happy that the link they sent did not work and when I call customer service it is only a recording saying to go to their website and contact them through email. They stopped responding to my emails all together. This place is a scam.

I ordered a package from ***. I was home waiting for the delivery but instead I received an updated Tracking info saying that my package was refused, im not sure what happened but its christmas season so the driver must of rushed and went to the wrong home but the package was refused by someone who was not me and I never got anything. I contacted the company through email since they have no customer service number and they told me I couldn't pick up my package Since it was being sent back to them and that I could only receive a store credit. This is a $607 coat I ordered, there is no way Im going to take a $607 credit that I can only use online, they are limited on their merchandise online because of the exclusivity of their products so they are actually just taking my money at this point. I need this issue resolved with a full refund to my card. The package was never in my possession so theres no way this can even count as a return if I didnt have the package, the driver must of went to the wrong apartment or maybe even stole the package. Getting in contact with them is also difficult because they have no customer service number and their response time through email is 1-2 days
