One of the worst experiences that has not ended Now years and they have yet to finish Started out replacing all windows in my house Initial delivery had about 40% that had mis-aligned or skewed window grids in the window so you can't fix without replacing And several were damaged or were wrong Install was a pain They left little screws all over the house and even some down my disposal where there was a little window above the kitchen sink Now the litany of events continues with replacement windows on initial order to fix the bad ones Every couple months after me following up with them, never them contacting me, they would bring the replacements Wrong ones or damaged again Partial deliveries Installer said he had never seen so many bad windows Also three windows did not have the right grids to start with So this waiting and incomplete,wrong or damaged windows continues Slowly one by one we got them all in Except for one which I am still waiting on So one window does not match the rest stillThey do not manage what windows are in their warehouse There is absolutely no quality assurance There is no follow through or customer service Albert H*** and his GM Chris G*** are worthless managers I tried sending an email, text or phone call once a month The response, if I got one, is it is in the warehouse and we will get it to you in a weekNothing heardEven funnier was I only have one window left to fix and they said we have two in the warehouse for youStill haven't seen eitherNow after being nice, I am sick of it and taking action through Revdex.com and a lawyerDo not use Supreme Window and Door
