The customer placed an order on 09/12/at 15:PSTThe customer during checkout selected the item they wished to purchase, in this case a LiftMaster Chamberlain Garage Door Opener Circuit BoardThey selected a standard Flat Rate shipping which in no way shape or form guaranteed the product to
arrive by a certain date or timeThis part is a speciality product that had to be ordered directly from the manufactureThe part was received yesterday and shipped today, September 22, Please see thr email communication thread attached with customerNo refund will be issued, and the customer has been explained and agreed our return and cancellation policy upon checkoutAs it is evident that this will not result in the consumer being satisfied, please close this case as "The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumed did not accept the response"

I am rejecting this response because: This business performed a "bait and switch" scam on usThey told us exactly what is posted in our complaint, then changed their story (after we ordered the part)Their website is misleading and their staff as wellThey failed to follow up on their obligations (as stated over the phone), so the Terms and Conditions on their website are thereby nullWe're not the first ones to report thisAgain, a full refund and apology will be the only means to close this caseWe will not debate this issue any longer
