We deeply regret, that Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were not satisfied with the fine job we completed on the brick pointing and acid washing of their house. After we were finished, Mr. [redacted] dug up the dirt that was against the house exposing a few lines of pointing that we missed. I explained that...

we would correct the missing area he found. He then asked about acid washing the brick for an additional $500.00. He wanted to know if acid washing the house would clean off all the dirt that had collected on the brick. I explained it might help but we can't guarantee it will, because the brick was extremely weathered and old. Again, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were not satisfied with results, he then called me a racial slur in front of my employees and told us not to return. We have many satisfied customers that have given us praise for our fine skills, quality work and reasonable pricing. As of 8/10/15 Mr.  and Mrs. [redacted] still owe my company $980.00.
