Review: Since I've been in contact with Mr. [redacted] about my case against the law enforcement all Mr. [redacted] tell me that I owe him $50.00 more dollars. And the late time I my payment to Ms. [redacted] She wrote that I paid in full. Also Ms. [redacted] stated that she would be working on getting my case number for court.
Now each time Mr. [redacted] call me around 8-9:00pm at night asking me to pay him another $50.00.
Also on my voicemail he leaves profane, vulgar sounding as if he is threatening if I take action against him by contacting the State Bar and the Revdex.com.
No service rendered. Desired Settlement: A full refund.

Re: COMPLAINT NO. 1[redacted]
Dear Ladies & Gentlemen,
In respone to the complaint filed by [redacted] it is totally untrue
in his facts of dealing with my company. [redacted] has a dislike of
people working in the legal field due to his bad experience with the
attorney he had prior to contacting my document preparation company.
The prior attorney was badgered my Mr. [redacted] to the point of the
attorney refunded .$500.00· even after rendering. services. to Mr. [redacted].
[redacted] signed a contract with I have attahed to this response
where it is clear in section 4. where he is not entitled to a refund
which was reviewed and signed by [redacted] on 9-15-2014.
Although our contract was signed on 7-15-2013 Mr. [redacted] breached it
by his failure to pay on his account until 10-7-2013. Mr. [redacted] made
another payment on his account on 12-13-2013. Mr. [redacted] made another
payment around 4-1-2014 which left a balance of $35.00 which he refuses
to pay.
[redacted] has been very difficult to deal with with his demanding way
of doing business such as constantly requesting legal advice and representation
knowing I am only a paralegal and prohibited from giving legal advice.
Mr. [redacted] conduct amounts to business slander because he has documented
false statements against my company which he should be concerned about in
a posible civil action.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in these important
matters and I request to be afforded a copy of your findings at the end
of your investigation.
Sincerely,
