Signed up for 2 trial classes with Jesse. Took one class, but was advised by my oncologist to stop because the workout was too rigirous for me during breast cancer treatment. I gave Jesse a doctor's note and asked for $15 refund. He told me that I would receive my refund in a few weeks. I did not. I contacted him again in October and received the following response:
When signing up, it says no refund but we were willing to return it to you.
We already put it in the envelope and asked Jesse to give it to you when she comes back. because I heard that you will stop by again to pick it up. Jesse moved to Eastside location and maybe that was the last attempt to waiting for you since other instructors does not know your face. Did you stop by after all?

I am surprised at this response because I spoke Jesse after he transferred to the *** location, and he told me he was still waiting to hear back from management, and that he would be in touch. Jesse never got back in touch with me (all my information is on file) and I have not received the $15 refund.

Hi,
We have non refund system but we already left the customer's check $15 since very long time.
As a owner, I wrote a check and put it in the evelope but customer did not stop by after all.
We contacted the customer and we will send it by check.
We already sent the check of $15. We asked her to let us know and she will gladly erase the complaint from Revdex.com.
I know it's taking time because of the Covid situation and all the Emails are delayed. But she should have the check by now. It was more than a week ago.
