I wanted to start by saying I am sorry you had a bad experience with usWe do take great pride in providing top of the line customer serviceSince we have opened the company we have changed our business hours and I am sorry that our website was not updated with correct
informationWe are a small company and we like to give our techs Sunday off to spend time with their families.
Concerning the warranty issue we do provide a year labor warranty with all units that we installThis only pertains to us coming out to out unit and fixing the problemI will most certainly talk it over with the other owner of Supreme Heating about reimbursement
Again, I sincerely apologize about the experience you had with us and we are currently fixing all issues that you have mentionAs I said before we are a small growing company and this comes with growing painsHopefully we fix all issues that have arisen from this situation and we as a company learn from itPlease feel free to contact us if you have any further issues.

Any furnace business that leaves their customers in the cold and wastes well over $100 worth of time to fight a legitimate $100 claim against them (instead of just paying it) deserves to be seriously scrutinized before they spend one dollar with them.Sincerely, [redacted]

The other Co-Owner and I have talked and we have come to the conclusion to stick by our labor warranty and not reimburse you for Beacon coming out and fixing the furnace issue.  We would have happily come out on Monday and fixed the issue for free since it does fall under your labor warranty.  I do again apologize for the confusion with the website.  We have fixed all problems on that end and this issue will not happened again.  Please feel free to call us anytime during business hours if you have any other problems.  Also, I would like to offer you an extension on  your labor warranty.  I am willing to start your labor warranty over again starting from todays date.  As of today your labor warranty with Supreme Heating LLC will be good till 12/16/17.  Thank you again for your business, we do appreciate it.
