I am greatly disappointed in the way my year old mother was treated by Wes I [redacted] of Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning My mother said the technician that actually did the work was very polite and professional However, she was shocked to receive a bill for well over $ A call to the office resulted in a conversation with a very rude man named Wes I*** My mother was so intimidated by his rudeness that she let me know about it (which is unusual) I drove over miles to speak with MrI [redacted] and was shocked by his arrogance and rudeness Being a rental property owner and manager for nearly years I have worked with a lot of companies I have only worked with one other company that had a person with as bad of customer service skills as MrI***

My mother said the technician that actually did the work was very polite and professional. However, she was shocked to receive a bill for well over $600. A call to the office resulted in a conversation with a very rude man named Wes I[redacted]. My mother was so intimidated by his rudeness that she let me know about it (which is unusual). I drove over 900 miles to speak with Mr. I[redacted] and was shocked by his arrogance and rudeness. Being a rental property owner and manager for nearly 30 years I have worked with a lot of companies. I have only worked with one other company that had a person with as bad of customer service skills as Mr. I[redacted].
